Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You
At Hilton, we believe hospitality begins long before a guest checks in. It starts with the person who answers the phone, responds to an enquiry, and creates confidence that they've chosen the right hotel.
As a Reservations Agent, you'll play an important role in shaping our guests' journey from their very first interaction. You'll combine outstanding customer service with commercial awareness to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, maximise revenue, and create exceptional experiences that reflect Hilton's promise to spread the light and warmth of hospitality.
Working closely with our Commercial and Front Office teams, you'll build lasting relationships with returning guests, corporate clients, and Hilton Honors members while ensuring every reservation is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
