ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – (KEY ACTIVITIES)

  • Maintain and update an Asset Register for all commercial-use instruments (purchased and rental).
  • Track movement and status of instruments from warehouse to customer and back to the designated return location.
  • Monitor return rates for TSO and non-TSO instruments and escalate discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams (TSO, Commercial Services, Accounting, Warehouse) to ensure proper documentation and timely return of assets.
  • Ensure compliance with traceability and FSN requirements, including accurate documentation at each step of the asset path.
  • Support financial accuracy by ensuring asset records align with accounting and operational data.
  • Identify issues in the instrument lifecycle and propose process improvements.
  • Provide weekly reporting on asset movement, outstanding returns, and risk items.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in asset management, supply chain, inventory control, or operations support.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and follow up with cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets, asset tracking tools, or ERP systems.
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Background in operations support, supply chain or inventory/asset control
  • SAP experience is a must; Background in CRM (Salesforce, etc.) is preferred
  • Shared service/BPO experience is preferred

  • Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at tracking, documenting, and following up across multiple stakeholders to ensure that all instruments are accounted for throughout their lifecycle.
