A Day in the Life

＜部門について＞
メドトロニックの事業の中でも最も急速に成長している事業の一つである私たちStructural Heart（SH）は、大動脈弁狭窄症に対する経カテーテル大動脈弁置換術 TAVR（Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement）、および乳幼児期に肺動脈組織を温存して外科的手術を受けた重度の肺動脈弁逆流症に対する肺動脈弁置換術 TPVR（Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve Replacement）に使用する治療デバイスを取り扱っております。
両製品とも開胸手術を必要とせず、カテーテルを用いて低侵襲で製品を留置します。施設（病院）では、心臓血管外科、循環器内科、心エコー医、麻酔科医などのハートチームを構成し、チームで適応を検討し、治療方針を決め手技治療を行っております。私たちはこのハートチームメンバーの方々に対して、製品を安全に留置するための手技的トレーニングや医師から医師への的確な情報提供を行い、当社製品を安全に使用できるための環境を提供しております。
＜業務内容＞
メドトロニック社員（Sales）、医療従事者に対し当社が扱う製品の安全使用のための専門知識、技術指導の提案を行っていただきます。
業務内容には以下が含まれます。
担当地域の顧客または社員に対する、安全使用のための症例立会サポート、手技についてのハンズオンデモ、新製品導入の際の製品および手技説明会
担当地域における営業担当との販売戦略の策定・実施
会議、研究会、セミナーなど、担当地域におけるイベントの実施、サポート
関連する競合のマーケット分析および報告
＜Must Haves＞
Job Experience
TAVR製品、もしくはオペ室で使用される心臓外科血管外科、循環器内科領域の製品販売、症例立会の経験。またオペ室で心臓外科、循環器領域に携わる仕事の2年以上の経験。
Skill / Knowledge
医中誌・PubMed等を活用した学術文献の自己収集・読解ができる方
PowerPoint、Excel、Word等の基本的なPCスキル、およびITツールへの適応力
Competency
常に新しい知識の習得に意欲的で、専門性を活かしながら一緒に製品の安全使用、営業推進に主体的に取り組める方
社内外関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力
Education
学士以上（学部・学科は問わない）

Job Experience
医療従事者：看護師、臨床工学技士、放射線技師としてのご経験をお持ちの方
社内移動含む医療機器メーカー、代理店：TAVR製品、もしくはオペ室で使用される心臓外科血管外科、循環器内科領域の製品販売、症例立会の経験がある。

＜Working Style＞
フィールドワーク中心のポジションです。北海道の医療機関を訪問し、症例立ち合いやDrとの面談、ハンズオンなどを行います。直行直帰が基本スタイルです。学会・イベント等の目的に応じて全国への出張が生じます。土日勤務が生じることもありますが、在宅・オフィス業務と組み合わせながら自律的に動ける環境です。
