Senior New Product Lead
We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain leader to manage portfolios of advanced robotic products from concept through scaled deployment. This role combines deep technical expertise with supply chain leadership to drive Amazon's robotics automation initiatives. You'll be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies and contributing to the technical vision for creating innovative robotic solutions that redefine industrial automation. By integrating technical innovation with supply chain management, you'll support the development of next-generation robotic systems that seamlessly integrate cutting-edge AI and mechanical design.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies for advanced robotic product portfolios
- Implement sourcing approaches that advance technical capabilities while optimizing cost efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product development from conceptualization to scaled deployment
- Develop risk management frameworks for complex robotic supply chain ecosystems
- Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships to accelerate product innovation and performance
- Influence leadership on strategic direction and investment decisions
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field- Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
- 8+ years experience in technical/commercial sourcing in high-volume manufacturing
- Experience in strategic supplier/supply chain management
- Technical background in robotics automation and new product introduction
- Track record of contributing to technical product development programs
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree or above in robotics, mechanical/mechatronics engineering, systems engineering or related field- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Negotiation skills with proven ability to influence leadership
- Demonstrated success in driving cost optimization initiatives

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
