Accountabilities:
- Lead revenue operations strategy, including forecasting methodologies, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking across the GTM funnel.
- Drive go-to-market planning activities such as segmentation, territory design, quota modeling, and resource allocation aligned with growth objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage sales compensation frameworks, quota structures, and attainment tracking processes in partnership with Finance and HR.
- Oversee pricing operations, commercial packaging, discount governance, and deal desk processes to ensure consistency and profitability.
- Build and optimize end-to-end sales processes, improving lead-to-cash efficiency and cross-functional alignment.
- Develop reporting systems, dashboards, and analytics to monitor revenue performance, churn, conversion, and pipeline health.
- Ensure data governance and CRM hygiene standards across GTM systems such as Salesforce and related tools.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve systems, tools, and workflows supporting scalable revenue growth.
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce and GTM systems, with experience building scalable forecasting and reporting structures.
- Proven experience in GTM planning, including territory design, segmentation, and quota setting in complex organizations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Experience working in high-growth, SaaS, or technology-enabled environments.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and program management capabilities.
- Experience designing or optimizing sales compensation, pricing models, and commercial operations is highly desirable.
