After becoming an independent company in 2024, Swoop experienced significant growth and demonstrated an unwavering commitment to innovation, talent development, and enhancing the patient experience. MyHealthTeam hosts the largest and most engaged patient social networks in healthcare, offering more than 70 condition-specific communities for chronic and rare conditions. As a prescription fulfillment and patient engagement platform, Nimble empowers independent and regional pharmacies to deliver a modern, consumer-friendly healthcare experience while streamlining pharmacy operations.

About the role

Swoop is seeking an Associate Account Manager, who will be a key member of our Client Services team, supporting the Account Manager and partnering closely with the Sales team, pharma clients, and internal cross-functional teams to help ensure successful campaign execution and account support. This role is designed for someone earlier in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced client services environment.

The Associate Account Manager will have a larger emphasis on internal relationship management and operational coordination, with a smaller but important role in client relationship support. This role participates in strategic planning discussions, supports revenue management through reporting and account visibility, and helps ensure excellent service delivery, but it does not formally own sales growth, contract negotiation, or renewals.

What you'll do

Internal Relationship Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams including Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners to support account needs and campaign execution.
  • Partner closely with the Account Manager to keep internal stakeholders aligned on timelines, priorities, deliverables, and next steps.
  • Help coordinate communication and handoffs between Sales, Client Services, and operational teams to support accurate and timely campaign launches and delivery.

Client Relationship Support

  • Support the Account Manager in day-to-day client communication, including follow-ups, status updates, meeting preparation, and recap documentation.
  • Participate in client calls, account check-ins, and review meetings as needed, while the Account Manager remains the primary post-sale point of contact.
  • Help ensure clients and partners receive timely responses, clear communication, and a high level of service.

Campaign Execution & Issue Resolution

  • Support the successful setup, delivery, and optimization of advertising campaigns utilizing Swoop’s proprietary data and technology platform.
  • Monitor campaign progress and assist in troubleshooting issues, escalating risks and blockers to the Account Manager and internal teams as needed.
  • Help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with client expectations.

Reporting & Revenue Management

  • Track account and campaign metrics and prepare regular reports on account status, delivery, and performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and internal account documentation.
  • Support revenue management through reporting, pacing visibility, and accurate account-level tracking for leadership and internal teams.

Account Planning Support

  • Participate in strategic planning discussions by gathering information, preparing materials, and contributing observations and recommendations.
  • Support account reviews and internal planning conversations to help identify needs, risks, and opportunities for improved client service and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager and broader team to help align execution against account goals.

Organization & Team Support

  • Manage timelines, follow-ups, trackers, and internal action items across multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through with both internal teams and clients.
  • Contribute positively to team collaboration and help maintain a solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic advertising, account management, client services, campaign coordination, or a similar support role.
  • Exposure to digital campaign execution, reporting, or client support in a client-facing or cross-functional environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem, including ad-verification tools and DSPs, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing expectations internally and externally.
  • Collaborative, flexible, motivated team player with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
