In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead daily automation support and exception management activities, ensuring operational processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with established standards.
  • Coordinate workflow priorities and workload distribution to maintain operational continuity and service quality.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to team members while promoting consistency, accountability, and adherence to operational procedures.
  • Oversee human-in-the-loop activities that support Level 1 automation processes and ensure outputs meet defined validation, governance, and quality requirements.
  • Review, investigate, and resolve process exceptions while ensuring complex or non-standard issues are escalated through appropriate channels.
  • Monitor automation performance and identify trends, recurring issues, or risks that may affect operational effectiveness.
  • Support the stabilization of newly implemented automation solutions through output validation and process monitoring.
  • Document observations, process gaps, and potential workflow improvements, partnering with technical teams to support corrective actions and optimization efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver operational updates, metrics, and reporting to business stakeholders using established processes and reporting frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including Customer Operations, Quote & Order Operations, and other stakeholders, to drive alignment and continuous improvement across automated and manual processes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting technical operations, automation support, process management, shared services, or a related environment.
  • Experience coordinating or leading operational activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze issues, prioritize work, and make informed decisions using established processes and guidelines.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in documenting, tracking, and reporting operational performance and process exceptions.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience with automation-enabled business processes, AI-supported workflows, robotic process automation (RPA), or related technologies.
  • Background in technical support, automation operations, process improvement, shared services, or business operations.
  • Experience supporting process stabilization, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and operational performance monitoring practices.
  • Experience collaborating with global or cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of customer operations, quote-to-order processes, or related business workflows.
