Accountabilities:

    The Senior Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of technology initiatives involving Adobe Experience Cloud, ensuring projects meet quality standards, financial objectives, timelines, and customer expectations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.

    • Manage day-to-day project communications, expectations, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery.
    • Facilitate project status meetings, provide progress updates, and prepare regular reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate activities across internal teams, third-party partners, and client stakeholders to maintain project schedules and delivery commitments.
    • Create, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
    • Manage project scope, change requests, risks, issues, blockers, and mitigation plans.
    • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards by reviewing outputs, identifying improvements, and supporting final acceptance.
    • Track project financial performance, including budgets, profitability, revenue forecasts, margins, and resource utilization.
    • Ensure alignment between project commitments, business objectives, customer requirements, and key performance indicators.
    • Collaborate with resource management teams to optimize project staffing and team allocation.
    • Translate technical and business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
    • Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Capture lessons learned, best practices, and improvement opportunities to support future delivery success.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing technology projects, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Adobe platforms and digital transformation initiatives is highly valued.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
      • 7+ years of experience managing technology-focused projects.
      • Proven experience with project planning, risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and milestone management.
      • Strong leadership, collaboration, relationship-building, and team management skills.
      • Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, profitability, billing, and project performance metrics.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      • Experience managing client relationships and third-party partners.
      • Strong ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
      • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
      • Experience with Adobe applications, Adobe Experience Cloud products, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar content management platforms is preferred.
      • Experience managing complex web development or eCommerce projects is a plus.
      • Professional services, consulting, or agency experience is preferred.
      • Experience with JIRA, Mavenlink, or similar project management tools is beneficial.
      • PMP certification is a plus.
      • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
