Role responsibilities
In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, focusing on outbound sourcing and talent engagement. You’ll help scale high-performing teams across sales, operations, and technical functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in hiring for sales and go-to-market roles, with strong sourcing skills. Experience in technical recruiting processes and a background in fintech or high-growth startups is preferred.
