Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates, prioritizes and resolves issues encountered by an experienced team.
  • Optimizes the usage of manpower, standard time, equipment and energy of more experienced team.
  • Escalates critical/complex issues that will impact the business.
  • Manages more experienced team according to established programs and objectives.
  • Responds to key customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure establishment of appropriate improvement plans.
  • Execution of service agreements and service repair



Minimum Requirements:

Requirements

  • Solid experience of people management duties eg such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
  • Specialized knowledge of M&E technical or operational practices
  • University Degree in M&E Engineering is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
