SUPO, where required)Why this role matters: ICEYE is looking for a Stock & Logistics Manager to lead the flow of materials, components, and finished goods across our manufacturing operations. This role is critical to ensuring the right parts are available at the right time to support production while maintaining accurate inventory, efficient logistics operations, and high standards of compliance.You will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, warehousing, inbound and outbound logistics, and transportation activities across multiple sites. Working closely with Procurement, Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, you will ensure that materials move efficiently through the supply chain, supporting the delivery of our satellites in a fast-paced and rapidly scaling production environment.This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing organisation where processes continue to evolve. You will manage logistics operations, develop and support the warehouse and logistics team, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. You will also play a key role in managing relationships with freight providers, logistics partners, and suppliers while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and industry standards.The ideal candidate combines strong operational and people leadership skills with experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and manufacturing logistics. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.What you will doManage the end to end flow of materials, components, and finished goods across ICEYE's manufacturing sites, ensuring timely and accurate movement of inventory to support production schedules.Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and coordination with carriers and third party logistics providers.Work to execute the compliance with international trade regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and dual use export controlsDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners to secure reliable service, and capacity during periods of high demand.Monitor and optimise inventory levels across sites to balance availability against cost, reducing excess stock and avoiding shortages that could delay manufacturing.Define and track key logistics performance indicators such as on time delivery, lead times, freight cost, and inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement against these measures.Coordinate with procurement, production planning, and quality teams to align logistics activity with broader supply chain and...
