About the Role
At Pavago, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional sales performance.
This is not a passive management role. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching sales professionals, improving sales processes, analyzing pipeline performance, and helping teams consistently exceed targets.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to strengthen the entire sales organization—from prospecting through closing—while building scalable systems that support long-term growth.

What You’ll Own
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing remote sales team.
- Establish and monitor:
- Sales quotas
- KPIs

- Call coaching

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Drive execution across the full sales cycle, including:

- Product demonstrations

- Develop strategies to improve:

- Revenue growth
- Analyze sales performance and identify:

Sales Enablement & Onboarding
- Lead onboarding and training for new sales hires.

Requirements

Experience
- 3+ years of experience in:
