Telesales Representatives - eMobility
We are looking for Mobility Telesales Representatives to help us acquire and upsell motorbikes and other products to existing customers as we grow our Mobility division across Kenya.

You'll work within a close-knit telesales team, engaging both prospective and existing customers to match them with the right mobility products at the right moment.''

What You'll Do
Initiating outbound calls to prospective customers and pitching M-KOPA Mobility products including motorbikes
Engaging existing M-KOPA customers to cross-sell additional products tailored to their needs
Following up on customer commitments to ensure successful sales closure and fulfilment of agreed terms
Meeting and exceeding conversion and sales targets while maintaining high conversation quality
Ensuring all calls comply with established quality standards, call scripts, and compliance guidelines
Maintaining talk time benchmarks to drive productivity and efficient use of calling hours
Identifying and escalating customer concerns or objections to ensure timely resolution
This is a hybrid role based at our M-KOPA Mobility HQ. You will be reporting to the Telesales Team Leader – Mobility.
Expertise
Prior call centre or BPO experience
Strong sales, communication, and persuasion skills
A results-oriented, self-driven approach with the ability to multitask
Comfort working with CRM systems
Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools
