Join our team as a Coating (Compounding Flex) Machine Operator in Building 7! In this role, you will lead machine set ups, perform changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and operate coating line assets (unwind, die, main console/winder, and quality lab). You will work closely with a collaborative team to optimize productivity, maintain safety, and drive continuous improvement.Shift & ScheduleShift: Day Shift, 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM (2-2-3 Rotating Schedule) Pay RatePay: $25.09/hrKey ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation: Load raw materials, unload finished products, and program production sequences for optimal efficiency.Quality & Process Control: Monitor meters, gauges, temperatures, and pressures to ensure compliance with strict specifications. Perform routine quality checks using standard measuring tools.Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform equipment setups, changeovers, and minor repairs. Identify root causes of abnormalities rather than applying temporary fixes.Safety & SOP Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
