Base pay range $168,000.00/yr - $234,000.00/yr Our Data Centers are the foundation upon which Meta's rapidly scaling infrastructure efficiently operates to deliver our innovative services. The Manager, Launch Enablement will lead a team of Operational Start Up and Readiness Engineers (OSUREs) at the critical interface between Data Center Engineering & Construction (DEC) and Facility Operations. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless operational turnover and Day 1 Readiness (D1R) for Meta's growing fleet of data centers.The Manager will drive execution of D1R activities across assigned regions, managing stakeholders spread across time zones to ensure new data center buildings and regions are prepared for initial operation.
