Accountabilities

    • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline while maintaining accurate forecasting and revenue projections.
    • Lead complex sales campaigns from initial engagement through contract negotiation and successful deal closure.
    • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with government agencies, military organizations, and strategic partners across Northern Europe.
    • Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, securing internal resources and stakeholder support to maximize success.
    • Monitor sales campaign progress, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure timely execution and achievement of commercial goals.
    • Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements tailored to customer requirements.
    • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
    • Leverage deep product knowledge to advise customers, address business challenges, and deliver value-driven solutions.
    • Requirements

      • Proven experience in B2B and/or B2G sales within Europe, ideally in aviation, aerospace, defense, software, or technology sectors.
      • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and building long-term customer relationships.
      • Strong understanding of European business environments and cultural diversity across multiple markets.
      • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple strategic opportunities.
      • Willingness to travel moderately and maintain a flexible work schedule based on customer needs.
      • Professional business fluency in English is required; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
      • Passion for aviation and technology.
      • Previous experience working with government organizations, ministries of defense, military customers, system integrators, or international defense entities is highly desirable.
      • Background in aviation operations, flight planning, or military/professional piloting is considered a strong asset.
