Accountabilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, amendments, and renewals, independently and without supervision
- Lead contract negotiations with clients and coordinate closely with Sales, Client Success, and Legal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Own and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and the centralized contract repository, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all documents
- Manage contract workflows, obligations tracking, compliance monitoring, and audit readiness across all active agreements
- Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for contractual matters, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contracting processes, including policy updates, template optimization, and workflow automation
- Support cross-functional initiatives and legal projects, while helping mentor and guide junior contract team members as needed
- 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a similar role focused on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong expertise in MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, and related commercial contract structures
- Proven ability to independently manage complex contract negotiations and maintain full ownership of the contracting process
- Solid understanding of contract law fundamentals, privacy considerations, and commercial risk management principles
- Experience working closely with technical, sales, and client-facing teams to translate business needs into clear contractual terms
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle tools (e.g., Ironclad) and business systems such as Salesforce, DocuSign, Asana, and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in clear, plain English
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to support team success and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Competitive salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
