As Strategic Partnerships Manager (Healthcare Data), you will lead the strategy, development, and management of IQVIA's data supplier ecosystem in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will drive strategic partnerships, data acquisition performance, and operational excellence to ensure sustainable access to high-quality healthcare data that supports IQVIA's Information Offerings.
As part of the Belgium External Relations team, you will work closely with local and global stakeholders to strengthen supplier relationships, optimize data collection, and support information governance.
Your Impact
You will take ownership of a network of strategic data partners across Belgium and Luxembourg, ensuring access to high-quality healthcare data while building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.
What You'll Do
Build and Grow Strategic Partnerships
- Develop and execute the supplier strategy for Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Identify and onboard new data sources aligned with evolving business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with software providers, wholesalers, pharmacy networks, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Act as the senior point of contact for strategic suppliers and lead contract negotiations.
Secure Sustainable Access to Healthcare Data
- Establish sound commercial and legal frameworks with suppliers.
- Balance cost, quality, and data availability in supplier agreements.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, and global teams on strategic partnerships.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Monitor data coverage, transmission, and quality through clear governance frameworks and KPIs.
- Lead issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Organize supplier reviews, service meetings, and escalation processes to ensure consistent performance.
Collaborate Across IQVIA
- Translate business needs into effective data sourcing strategies.
- Partner with Production, Information Offerings Strategy & Development, and other teams to ensure data meets business requirements and quality standards.
- Support client-facing teams in data-related discussions and capabilities.
Innovate and Improve
- Drive new approaches to supplier engagement and data acquisition.
- Contribute to the development of data platforms and services that support healthcare stakeholders in Belgium and Luxembourg.
What You'll Bring
Experience & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in supplier management, strategic partnerships, business development, or data acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret performance KPIs.
