Accountabilities:
- Support product roadmap execution by assisting with strategic privacy technology initiatives and feature delivery.
- Gather, document, and refine business, operational, and regulatory requirements to support product enhancements.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, product documentation, and process workflows.
- Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Security, and business teams to support integrations and product improvements.
- Assist with Agile processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and release coordination.
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support platform administration activities, including workflow configuration, access management, reporting, and issue tracking.
- Investigate production issues, coordinate resolutions, and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
- Assist with vendor coordination and implementation of new privacy technology capabilities.
- Develop documentation, training resources, and user enablement materials to improve adoption.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, governance, and overall user experience.
- Stay informed on privacy regulations and industry best practices to support evolving compliance needs.
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, privacy operations, compliance technology, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and software product development lifecycles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate projects effectively.
- Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Genuine interest in privacy, compliance, governance, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Exposure to privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or other data protection frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with privacy management platforms, governance tools, SaaS applications, workflows, or enterprise systems is a plus.
- Understanding of APIs, data flows, system integrations, or software delivery processes is beneficial.
- Relevant certifications or coursework such as Agile, CSPO, or privacy fundamentals are advantageous.
