Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) based in the DACH region to generate new meetings for senior sales. This is a commercial role, focused on revenue generation, with personable communication skills considered a strong advantage.
The role is home‑based, with no travel. Most prospecting, discovery calls, are delivered via Microsoft Teams.
This position reports directly to the Senior BDR Director.
Fluent English and German are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across the DACH region through outbound outreach, inbound follow‑up, and targeted prospecting.
- Manage the qualification of incoming leads.
- Build strong relationships with prospects at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate lead management, and CRM discipline.
- Work closely with Marketing and Partner teams to maximise lead flow and opportunity creation.
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
Requirements
Experience & Background
- 1–3 years in business development, inside sales.
- Proven success generating meetings.
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sales is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken) are essential
