Accountabilities:
- Perform a wide range of warehouse duties including loading, unloading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving materials.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment, product staging, auditing, and inventory cycle counting.
- Handle warehouse documentation such as picking sheets, returns, and shipping records.
- Support automated packing systems and assist with operational troubleshooting when required.
- Follow strict safety procedures and performance standards in all tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within the warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- At least 1 year of warehouse or industrial material handling experience is an asset.
- Valid forklift operator certification preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a diverse team environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to a 7-on / 7-off fly-in fly-out schedule.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, safety-first mindset.
- Competitive hourly wage of $31.44/hour.
- Fly-in/fly-out arrangement with flights and accommodation provided.
- 7 days on / 7 days off rotation with 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
