Our team is looking for a Junior Contract Management Officer.
Your role:
- Maintain accurate records and operational tracking information
- Ensure timely and compliant handling of requests and assignments
- Support the execution of framework contract activities according to established procedures
- Support interactions with internal stakeholders and client representatives
- Assist in resolving operational issues and escalating delivery risks when necessary
- Contribute to maintaining high service quality and stakeholder satisfaction

Your profile:
Must have
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, contract administration, service delivery, recruitment coordination, or related functions
- Fluent English and French.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working in structured and process-driven environments.
- Experience in International Organisations contracts is an advantage.
- Experience preparing operational data, documentation, and reporting activities
- Dutch language
