Accountabilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, and pain points using research, feedback, and data to guide product decisions within defined problem areas.
- Own and drive product initiatives across the full lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and iteration, translating problems into clear requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features, ensuring alignment and removing blockers when needed.
- Support prioritization and roadmap planning by evaluating trade-offs, focusing on high-impact work, and adapting as new insights emerge.
- Define, track, and analyze success metrics using both qualitative and quantitative data to measure impact and inform future improvements.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on product direction, progress, and value delivered to both customers and the business.
- 3–5 years of product management experience or equivalent experience working closely with product teams in a delivery-focused environment.
- Proven experience managing product features through the full lifecycle, including discovery, development, release, and iteration.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and comfort working within ambiguous but defined problem spaces.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to use customer insights and data to inform product decisions and prioritization.
- Experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments is highly valued.
- Familiarity with data-driven products, IoT systems, APIs, or platform-based solutions is considered an asset.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $104,000 to $151,800 CAD, depending on experience and location.
