Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Nurse Pediatric Intensive Care, you will help critically ill pediatric patients and their families receive expert, compassionate, and life-saving care so they can achieve the best possible clinical outcomes, recover safely, and experience comfort and support during their most vulnerable moments. Every day you will be expected to employ advanced critical thinking to integrate objective data with the subjective experiences of your patients, applying the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care.
