This role sits at the intersection of engineering, revenue operations, and systems architecture, responsible for building and scaling the technology backbone that powers global go-to-market teams. You will design and optimize the interconnected systems that support sales, marketing, and customer success operations across the entire revenue funnel. The work involves creating highly automated, data-driven workflows that improve lead routing, CRM accuracy, and campaign execution at scale.
You will act as a key technical partner to GTM leadership, translating business needs into scalable system designs and integrations.

Accountabilities:

    • Own the architecture, configuration, and ongoing optimization of core GTM systems, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and data enrichment platforms.
    • Design and maintain scalable integrations between GTM tools to ensure reliable, consistent, and accurate data flow across the revenue stack.
    • Build and deploy automation workflows, including AI-driven routing logic, lead scoring systems, and productivity enhancements for sales and marketing teams.
    • Enforce data governance and hygiene standards across all GTM systems, proactively monitoring and resolving data quality or system issues.
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
    • Evaluate, implement, and manage GTM tools and vendors, including full lifecycle integration and rollout.
    • Manage system administration tasks such as user provisioning, permissions, roles, and access controls across platforms.
    • Document system architecture, workflows, and data models to ensure long-term scalability and knowledge sharing.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in GTM systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related technical roles.
      • Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise, including administration of objects, workflows/flows, validation rules, and reporting (Salesforce certification preferred).
      • Experience integrating and managing GTM tools such as Outreach, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms.
      • Strong technical ability in scripting or querying languages such as SOQL, SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
      • Experience working with APIs and system integrations across SaaS platforms.
      • Solid understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, funnels, lead lifecycle management, and revenue operations.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
      • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments with strong ownership mindset.
      • Experience with iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Tray.io) or BI/data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
      • Exposure to cloud-native or DevOps-oriented environments is an added advantage.
