Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data teams, you will contribute both to strategic product decisions and hands-on execution. Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end product design projects, from discovery and problem definition through to delivery and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to create simple, effective, and user-centered solutions aligned with business goals.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate assumptions and inform design decisions.
- Translate complex problems into clear user flows, journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Contribute to product strategy discussions with a strong focus on user experience and system thinking.
- Create high-quality prototypes, specifications, and interaction designs with strong attention to detail.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and measure the impact of design solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution and consistency of the Design System across multiple products and features.
- Participate in design critiques, reviews, and collaborative feedback sessions with other designers.
- Act as a design reference within the team, supporting and mentoring junior designers when needed.
- Solid experience as a Product Designer working on digital products.
- Proven ability to independently lead complex design projects end-to-end.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product and Engineering.
- Strong expertise in UX, UI, information architecture, and user flows.
- Experience conducting user research and validating design solutions.
- Data-informed mindset, with the ability to connect design decisions to metrics and business context.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, execution quality, and impact.
- Experience with complex digital products, platforms, or scalable ecosystems (plus).
- Familiarity with agile environments, experimentation frameworks, and product metrics (plus).
- Experience contributing to or evolving Design Systems (plus).
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices (plus).
- Experience mentoring junior designers (plus).
- Background in B2B, SaaS, or fintech environments (plus).
