About the Role

We're seeking an organized and reliable Office Staff member to join a construction office on a temp-to-hire basis. This role supports day-to-day office operations, communication, and administrative functions. Construction industry knowledge is a plus, along with familiarity with AIA billing, BuildingConnected, and Procore.

What You'll Do

  • Support front desk operations and general office communication
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination across teams and projects
  • Perform clerical duties and maintain accurate records
  • Support overall office management and day-to-day administrative needs
  • Assist with AIA progress billing documentation, as applicable
  • Support project bidding and management using BuildingConnected and Procore, as applicable
  • Perform other office duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a front-desk/administrative support role
  • Construction industry knowledge a plus
  • Experience with AIA billing a plus
  • Familiarity with BuildingConnected a plus
  • Familiarity with Procore a plus
  • Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
