About the Role
We're seeking an organized and reliable Office Staff member to join a construction office on a temp-to-hire basis. This role supports day-to-day office operations, communication, and administrative functions. Construction industry knowledge is a plus, along with familiarity with AIA billing, BuildingConnected, and Procore.
What You'll Do
- Support front desk operations and general office communication
- Assist with scheduling and coordination across teams and projects
- Perform clerical duties and maintain accurate records
- Support overall office management and day-to-day administrative needs
- Assist with AIA progress billing documentation, as applicable
- Support project bidding and management using BuildingConnected and Procore, as applicable
- Perform other office duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a front-desk/administrative support role
- Construction industry knowledge a plus
- Experience with AIA billing a plus
- Familiarity with BuildingConnected a plus
- Familiarity with Procore a plus
