You will work closely with surgeons and clinical teams to ensure safe, effective, and confident use of cutting-edge systems such as navigation, robotics, implants, and surgical instruments. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, including training, demonstrations, and in-field support. You will collaborate with commercial, marketing, and clinical stakeholders to improve patient outcomes through technology-enabled care. Operating within a highly regulated healthcare environment, your work will directly contribute to improving surgical precision and patient safety. This is a field-based role with a home-office setup and occasional travel for on-site meetings and clinical support.

Accountabilities:
- Provide technical and clinical support in the operating room for cranial and spinal surgical procedures, including navigation systems, robotics, implants, and instruments.
- Deliver product demonstrations, in-service training, and workshops for healthcare professionals as well as internal sales teams.
- Identify clinical and commercial opportunities while gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to optimize customer solutions within integrated surgical ecosystems.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and internal company standards in every clinical interaction.
- Support the adoption and effective use of advanced medical technologies in real-world surgical settings.
- Degree in biomedical engineering, health sciences, medical technology, or a related technical/clinical field.
- Experience working in a clinical or medical technology environment, ideally exposure to neurosurgery or spinal surgery.
- Strong technical understanding of complex medical systems and their application in surgical workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
- Structured, customer-focused, and independent working style with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High adaptability, willingness to learn, and ability to perform in a dynamic field-based environment.
- Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with clinical stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Competitive salary package aligned with medical technology field standards (Germany: €62,560 – €93,840)
