Accountabilities:

    As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide operational and administrative support to clients while managing projects, improving workflows, and helping businesses achieve their goals. You will work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and use your expertise to deliver reliable solutions across various business functions.

    • Support clients with HubSpot automations, system setup, and workflow improvements.
    • Manage and execute projects on behalf of business owners and founders.
    • Provide virtual assistant services including scheduling, email management, lead conversion support, research, data entry, and administrative tasks.
    • Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client requests while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
    • Adapt quickly to changing business needs and client priorities using established processes and objectives as guidance.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and adjust communication styles to different personalities and working preferences.
    • Identify challenges, recommend solutions, and implement improvements with minimal supervision.
    • Support operational initiatives that improve efficiency, organization, and business growth.
    • Use technology platforms, web-based applications, and AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
    • Build strong working relationships with clients while maintaining professionalism and reliability.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced virtual assistant, operations professional, or administrative expert who is comfortable working independently and supporting multiple clients. You should be organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and confident managing projects in a remote environment.

      • Must be based in the United States.
      • High school diploma or equivalent required.
      • Demonstrated experience in operations, administrative support, executive assistance, or related roles.
      • Hands-on experience with HubSpot automations and platform workflows.
      • Previous freelance experience or experience managing client relationships is preferred.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to adapt communication style based on client needs and preferences.
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
      • Comfortable working with open-ended challenges and independently finding solutions.
      • Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and digital tools.
      • Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in business workflows.
      • Reliable computer setup and strong, consistent internet connection.
