Accountabilities:
- Serve as the external face of the product across conferences, webinars, podcasts, LinkedIn, and industry events, building category authority and awareness
- Own the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding, success, retention, and expansion for early and scaling customers
- Design and implement scalable customer success and onboarding playbooks to support future team growth
- Act as the structured voice of the customer, translating real user feedback into actionable product and data science priorities
- Build and hire the initial customer success/onboarding function as the product scales
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to shape competitive positioning and narrative in the market
- Partner with product and data science teams to improve pricing intelligence and AI-driven decision-making capabilities
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in short-term rental revenue management, pricing strategy, or multi-property portfolio optimization
- Proven background working as a revenue manager, pricing consultant, or solutions expert within STR, hospitality tech, or competitive platforms
- Deep practical understanding of dynamic pricing systems, occupancy optimization, and revenue strategy execution
- Strong point of view on the evolution of autonomous pricing and AI-driven revenue management tools
- Experience engaging publicly or building thought leadership through LinkedIn, speaking engagements, podcasts, or industry content
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing execution with early-stage team building
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, data science, and marketing in fast-moving environments
- Strong self-direction, with experience thriving under founder-led or non-traditional leadership structures
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, research, and strategic output
- Willingness to travel frequently for industry conferences and company engagements
