Accountabilities
- Participate in a remote video interview to discuss your end-to-end workflow for discovering and selecting creators for marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrate the software platforms, tools, and processes you use to identify and evaluate influencers.
- Explain the metrics, selection criteria, and decision-making framework used when assessing potential creator partnerships.
- Share your typical workflow for managing creator discovery and influencer evaluation through screen sharing.
- Provide detailed feedback on current challenges, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improving creator discovery processes.
- Contribute practical industry insights that will support the development of better marketing technology and research initiatives.
- Professional experience working in influencer marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or agency campaign management.
- Direct responsibility for discovering, evaluating, and selecting content creators for marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience using influencer marketing platforms or software tools for creator research and evaluation.
- Strong understanding of influencer performance metrics, partnership evaluation, and campaign planning.
- Comfortable participating in remote video interviews and sharing your screen to demonstrate real-world workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain day-to-day marketing processes and decision-making.
- Ability to provide honest, detailed feedback based on practical professional experience.
