Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout optimization projects.
- Partner with Senior Digital Strategists to execute long-term SEO and CRO strategies focused on measurable business growth.
- Coordinate internal and external teams, including writers, editors, analysts, developers, and client stakeholders, to deliver optimization initiatives effectively.
- Manage project timelines, task assignments, hourly budgets, priorities, and scope across multiple client accounts.
- Oversee an average portfolio of several brands, ensuring consistent progress and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Translate client requests and website improvement opportunities into actionable tasks that support broader optimization goals.
- Keep teams informed, motivated, and aligned through effective project communication and collaboration.
- Manage workflow processes and continuously improve centralized project management practices.
- Support minor website updates and content changes through administrative platforms when needed.
- Identify potential risks, resolve project challenges, and ensure successful delivery of SEO and CRO initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong experience managing client relationships and communicating directly with external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams, projects, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and keep teams accountable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Professional-level writing skills with attention to style, tone, and editorial standards.
- Experience working with digital marketing, SEO, conversion rate optimization, or website improvement projects.
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Google Workspace, Teamwork, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset focused on achieving measurable results.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Previous experience working in a digital agency environment, especially in SEO or CRO.
- Basic web development knowledge, including HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar CMS tools.
- General understanding of web technologies, analytics, and digital optimization processes.
- Competitive salary range of $75K–$90K.
