The Role

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Regional Director, GTM – France to lead our commercial growth across the French market.

This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for developing enterprise relationships, driving new customer acquisition, expanding strategic accounts, and serving as Higgsfield's market leader in France. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to accelerate adoption of Higgsfield's AI platform across leading brands, agencies, media companies, and enterprises.

The ideal candidate has a proven record of selling complex SaaS or AI solutions, deep knowledge of the French enterprise landscape, and thrives building business in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

This position is based in France.

What You'll Do

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Own the French territory and deliver against ambitious revenue targets.

  • Develop and execute territory strategies to acquire new enterprise customers and expand existing relationships.

  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution.

  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue while maintaining strong CRM discipline.

Build Executive Relationships

  • Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives, marketing leaders, creative teams, and digital transformation stakeholders.

  • Position Higgsfield as a strategic AI partner helping customers transform content creation and marketing workflows.

  • Represent Higgsfield at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.

Partner Cross-Functionally

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Solutions teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

  • Support customer onboarding and long-term account growth.

Expand Higgsfield's Presence

  • Build brand awareness and strategic partnerships across the French AI, advertising, media, and enterprise ecosystem.

  • Identify emerging market opportunities and develop scalable growth initiatives.

  • Serve as the voice of the French market internally.

What We're Looking For

  • 8–12 years of enterprise SaaS, AI, cloud, MarTech, AdTech, or related technology sales experience.

  • Proven history of consistently exceeding enterprise sales quotas.

  • Experience selling into large enterprise organizations and navigating complex procurement processes.

  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Deep understanding of the French business landscape and enterprise buying process.

  • Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles.

  • Highly entrepreneurial with the ability to build territory strategy independently.

  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional global teams.

  • Native or fluent French and professional English proficiency.

  • Experience selling AI, generative AI, creative technology, marketing technology, advertising technology, or media platforms.

  • Existing network across French enterprise brands, agencies, media organizations, and technology leaders.

  • Experience working within a high-growth startup environment.

  • Knowledge of PLG and enterprise sales motions.

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
