This role requires deep electrical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to guide complex engineering initiatives from concept through production.

    • Lead end-to-end integration and testing of rack electrical systems, including AC/DC power architectures, UPS systems, power distribution units (PDUs), and high-density computing solutions.
    • Define and optimize rack power architectures, including electrical capacity planning, power budgets, redundancy strategies, grounding, and protection systems.
    • Develop, review, and maintain electrical one-line diagrams for rack and row-level power distribution designs.
    • Design, integrate, and validate electrical components such as PDUs, power shelves, bus bars, breaker configurations, metering systems, and power routing solutions.
    • Partner with customers, suppliers, architects, compliance teams, and engineering groups to align electrical designs with system requirements and industry standards.
    • Support customer engagements and site visits to understand deployment requirements and improve product solutions.
    • Manage electrical component vendor relationships and contribute to building a strong global supplier ecosystem.
    • Perform electrical failure analysis, FMEA activities, root cause investigations, and corrective actions for design or field issues.
    • Define and improve factory electrical validation strategies, including continuity testing, load testing, safety verification, and production readiness processes.
    • Create and maintain engineering documentation, including bills of materials, specifications, test plans, schematics, and engineering change orders.
    • Establish long-term electrical design standards, best practices, and documentation processes for engineering teams.
    • Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to strengthen electrical design capabilities across the organization.
    • Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced electrical engineering professional with expertise in rack-scale power systems, data center infrastructure, and complex system integration. You should have strong technical judgment, leadership abilities, and experience delivering reliable electrical solutions in fast-paced environments.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field required; Master’s degree preferred.
      • 7+ years of experience in electrical systems integration, with at least 3 years focused on rack-scale electrical or power design.
      • Strong understanding of electrical architecture, power distribution, system integration strategies, and large-scale engineering programs.
      • Experience designing electrical power systems for data centers, telecommunications, industrial systems, or advanced computing environments.
      • Familiarity with server hardware standards such as EIA-310, OCP/ORV3, 48V DC busbar systems, power connectors, and cable routing strategies.
      • Experience using electrical design and simulation tools such as AutoCAD, Ansys, PSpice, SCADA, DCIM, or similar platforms.
