Drafter / Weld Map Drafter:
Job Description
- Knowledge of weld numbering, weld traceability, NDE requirements, and weld tracking systems.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and production teams.
- Able to prepare:
- General Arrangement drawing
- Prepared Cutting sheet / Single Parts
- Prepared Cutting Layout
- Prepared Weld Map
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma ( D3 ) in Engineering or Higher
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Drafter or Weld Map Drafter in fabrication, manufacturing, EPC, or Oil & Gas.
- Experience with industry-standard computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Navisworks , etc
- Familiar with AWS D1.1 , and ASME B31.3
- Working knowledge of Solidwork , Tekla , Nesting Program “ Autonest / Pronest “ is advantage
- Competency in MS Office Suite
