Accountabilities:
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive governance, accountability, and execution across strategic initiatives.
- Develop executive-level presentations, business reviews, reporting materials, and communications that clearly convey strategic insights and recommendations.
- Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into compelling narratives that support leadership decisions and business priorities.
- Build and maintain performance tracking tools, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting frameworks to monitor business and operational performance.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and proactively communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Improve reporting and analytics processes by simplifying, standardizing, and automating workflows using digital tools and emerging technologies.
- Support strategic projects and business analyses by coordinating across teams and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Create and maintain presentation templates, visual assets, and storytelling frameworks to improve communication quality and efficiency.
- Stay informed on industry trends, data visualization practices, and AI-enabled tools to enhance strategic analysis and ways of working.
- Conduct quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of executive-facing materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Strategy, or a related discipline required.
- Experience developing executive presentations and complex analyses for senior leadership audiences.
- Experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, business analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to manage strategic projects from concept through execution while balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including the ability to create visually engaging and executive-ready presentations.
- Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools to create dashboards and actionable insights.

- Competitive annual salary range of approximately $100,000 – $115,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
