Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies that increase participation, strengthen customer relationships, and encourage product adoption.
- Create and coordinate valuable content, including articles, webinars, videos, and educational resources that address customer needs and promote best practices.
- Plan, organize, and host virtual and in-person events such as workshops, meetups, webinars, and live Q&A sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer advocates, influencers, and community champions to expand community reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to support successful customer onboarding and community initiatives.
- Monitor community discussions, user behavior, and engagement trends, translating feedback into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as engagement, customer satisfaction, Net Promoter Score (NPS), adoption metrics, and overall community performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in community management, social media management, customer engagement, or a related role.
- Proven ability to design and execute successful community engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with experience collaborating across multiple teams.
- Proficiency with community management platforms, engagement tools, and analytics solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
- Experience with behavioral marketing strategies is considered a plus.
- Competitive salary ranging from $50,200 to $85,000.
