Accountabilities:

    As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product initiatives from strategy through delivery, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and business objectives. You will own roadmap execution, define priorities, and collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver impactful product experiences.

    • Own and execute product roadmaps, including the evolution of enterprise marketplace and partner ecosystem capabilities.
    • Define product goals, customer needs, success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes.
    • Serve as a key product contact for cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, marketing, sales, support, customer success, legal, and partner teams.
    • Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into clear requirements, user stories, personas, and feature improvements.
    • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams in Agile/Scrum environments to support development and delivery.
    • Manage product backlogs, prioritize enhancements, define trade-offs, and ensure timely execution of roadmap initiatives.
    • Lead sprint planning activities, refinement sessions, reviews, and stakeholder communications.
    • Create enablement materials, documentation, and training resources to support product adoption.
    • Monitor product performance, customer utilization, and ecosystem health while identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to business analysts and contribute to strong product management practices.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate combines product management expertise, technical fluency, and strong stakeholder leadership skills. You should be comfortable managing complex product initiatives, working with engineering teams, and making data-driven decisions in a fast-moving environment.

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Product Management, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
      • 3–7 years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Technical Product Management, solutions delivery, business analysis, training, finance, accounting, or documentation management.
      • Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase product roadmaps for B2B SaaS platforms.
      • Strong understanding of web platforms, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise software ecosystems.
      • Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
      • Ability to balance product strategy, execution priorities, customer needs, and technical constraints.
      • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present product vision, priorities, and updates clearly.
      • Analytical mindset with experience defining and using product metrics to guide decisions.
      • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
      • Experience with marketplaces, partner ecosystems, developer platforms, enterprise integrations, identity and access management, licensing models, or subscription-based products is a plus.
      • Familiarity with AI-powered product capabilities such as search, recommendations, or automation is beneficial.
      • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Office 365, Microsoft Visio, Miro, Draw.io, or similar platforms is preferred.
      • Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or Figma Make is a plus.
      • Product Management certification, CPA, or MBA experience is considered an advantage.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $114,000 to $148,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and location.
        • Additional variable compensation and benefits may apply.
