Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Preparing, mixing, garnishing, serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and cocktail beverages in accordance with menu recipes and Hilton brand specifications.
- Engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, providing recommendations, and maintaining a welcoming and positive attitude at all times.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and fully compliant bar environment in line with UK food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
- Managing stock levels, restocking inventory, rotating products, and monitoring product quality.
- Ensuring compliance with Challenge 25, responsible alcohol service practices, and efficient use of the POS system.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced or cocktail-focused bar environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, along with current food and beverage trends.
- Excellent communication skills, professional presentation, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Must be 18 years of age or older with the legal right to work in the UK.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
