Senior Analyst Procurement

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Identify and procure goods and services for an organization and ensure operational needs are met considering price, quality, delivery, and continuity of supply.
- Support on-time delivery of materials to avoid factory operation delays or line stoppages.
- Set up new vendors in the ERP system.
- Ensure procurement activities are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
- Ensure proper alignment of the supply chain for products and raw materials across our business units.
- Prepare reports that can help in developing and improving current systems in procurement.
- Support major procurement functions with increasing responsibilities involving multiple projects simultaneously with domestic and international suppliers.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related Engineering/Management courses.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Buying, Planning, and Supply Chain, or data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of procurement functions, concepts, processes, and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) and understanding parent-child relationships in assemblies.
- Familiarity with environmental legislation and similar (RoHS, REACH, or similar standards).
- Basic knowledge of procurement systems and tools (ERP, MRP, SRM).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and project management practices.
