We're committed to excellence in everything we do, and we're seeking talented individuals who share our passion and values to join our team.As a Welder Fabricator at Terex, based in Cookstown, you'll play a pivotal role in producing equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world.What you’ll do: Duties include:Ensure all materials are accounted for; tack and weld materials together as per engineering drawing to the highest standard and qualityAbility to read and interpret Engineering drawings, particularly welding symbolsUnderstanding of Lean Principles & methodology.Ability to work within a team environment and able to use own initiativeComplying with current and future Health & Safety laws, processes and proceduresWhat you will bring:Be able to read and interpret complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables and other measuring instruments specialized to the job or industry.Must have relevant work experience, preferably welding in a heavy equipment environment.Ability to work on own initiative with a “can do\make it happen” attitude is essential.Position requires high attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work with others to meet strict deadlines and be steady under pressure.Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects at one timeGood verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of H & S procedures & responsibilitiesThis above description is non-exhaustive and there may be additional duties in accordance with the role.If you are interested in an open position but feel you may not meet all the listed qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.Why Join Us:We are a global company, and our culture is defined by our Values — Integrity, Respect, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage, and Citizenship.
