Accountabilities:

    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and electromechanical systems, including motors, drives, control panels, and automation equipment, ensuring operational continuity and safety.
    • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, carrying out inspections, testing, and repairs in compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
    • Monitor system performance using control and SCADA tools, supporting process stability and operational efficiency.
    • Interpret, update, and maintain electrical schematics and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and traceability.
    • Support compliance activities, including safety procedures, risk assessments, and adherence to operational standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Requirements

      • Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field (equivalent to NVQ Level 3 or similar).
      • Solid experience in industrial electrical maintenance, including fault finding, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
      • Knowledge of electrical systems such as control panels, motors, instrumentation, and automation systems.
      • Familiarity with industrial standards, electrical safety practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
      • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
      • Experience with SCADA or similar monitoring systems is an advantage.
      • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in high-responsibility environments.
      • Valid driver’s license and willingness to participate in on-call/standby rotations.
