As a Recreation Attendant, you’re not just fulfilling the daily operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Welcome guests with in a warm, professional, and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression.
Assist guests with towels, sunbeds, umbrellas, and recreational equipment.
Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipate their needs whenever possible, and resolve concerns efficiently and courteously to ensure a memorable guest experience.
Maintain a clean, inviting environment: clean and maintain pools and beach area, including furniture, showers, cabanas, and other surrounding spaces.
Manage towel supply: collect used towels, restock clean ones, and monitor inventory to minimize loss.
Monitor facility usage: observe pool activity, identify potential hazards, and address or report issues promptly.
Follow all health and safety regulations, hotel standards and enforces facility rules when required.
Working closely and effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive team environment.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY
Previous experience in recreation preferred.
Intermediate English language skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Forbes service standards preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to stay outdoor long hours.
