Accountabilities:

    • Develop and execute change management strategies that support successful adoption of new systems, processes, and organizational initiatives.
    • Collaborate with project sponsors, program managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of change activities.
    • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to identify risks and adoption challenges.
    • Design and implement communication plans, including the creation of clear, engaging content for different organizational levels.
    • Support project planning activities, including scheduling, resource estimation, and tracking of change-related deliverables.
    • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders, including executive leadership and operational teams.
    • Develop and execute resistance management strategies to address adoption barriers and support smooth transitions.
    • Define, track, and report on change success metrics to monitor adoption progress and overall effectiveness.
    • Ensure consistent communication and engagement with impacted audiences throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Support the successful and sustainable rollout of new technologies and organizational initiatives.
    • Requirements

      • Experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or related project delivery roles.
      • Strong understanding of project delivery and software development lifecycle environments.
      • Proven experience developing and executing change management and communication strategies.
      • Ability to conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
      • Strong communication skills, including the ability to create clear, compelling content and executive-level presentations.
      • Experience facilitating meetings and workshops with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and manage competing priorities.
      • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
      • Experience measuring change adoption and defining success metrics is an asset.
      • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and support organizational alignment.
