Accountabilities:
- Provide technical leadership across Fastapp development initiatives, ensuring high-quality and scalable engineering solutions.
- Guide teams in selecting the right architecture, design patterns, and implementation approaches for complex problems.
- Contribute to system design discussions and help define long-term technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and support engineers by sharing best practices, improving code quality, and enabling stronger technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into robust technical solutions.
- Review implementations and ensure adherence to engineering standards, performance benchmarks, and scalability goals.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and engineering efficiency.
- Extensive experience in software engineering with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Deep understanding of scalable system design, architecture principles, and distributed systems.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Fastapp development or similar modern application frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and guide teams in complex engineering environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify and resolve ambiguous technical challenges.
