As the Contingent Workforce Specialist, you will be involved in building out a new Contingent Workforce Program at R1. You will manage timely and efficient onboarding through offboarding lifecycle activity of internally managed the Contingent Workforce program, reporting to the Director of the Program. On a daily basis, as a critical component of R1 RCM’s workforce, this specialist will oversee and be accountable for the successful VMS lifecycle management activities for the Contingent Workforce program to enable high quality, cost effective contingent workers are on boarded on time and compliantly. To be successful and thrive in this role, you will use your skills and experience to balance multiple priorities, deliver excellent support, and maximize the functionality of the VMS.
Here's what you will experience working as a Contingent Workforce Specialist:
- Effectively manage all contractor lifecycle activity within the VMS Technology to ensure a high degree of speed and quality control for the program, including working with the Governance team on ensuring lifecycle activities are handled accurately (ensuring proper MSA usage, end date management, and asset return, compliance requirements, etc.)
- Provide guidance and support to all R1 Managers within the contractor lifecycle to ensure expedited service: approvals, end date management, compliance audit trail, timesheet completion to minimize accruals, etc.
- Ensure the program is meeting performance standards of the business and proactively identify any issues and escalate to the Program Manager as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with R1 Supplier Community and provide direction and support as needed to ensure high-quality and cost-effective talent is delivered on time.
- Work collaboratively with the Program Manager and serve as second in command in their absence.
- Support compliant contingent labor processes to include the selection and usage of independent contractors (ICs).
- Provide support and distribute all operational reports necessary for the business and as requested by the Program Manager.
- Support Program Manager in program expansion activities (SOW, Global expansion) as it relates to day-to-day operations design, weigh in on onboarding to offboarding workflow design.
- Support P/M in the preparation of contingent labor data and results to management quarterly.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of applicable experience; MSP, Contingent Labor, VMS, Recruitment, Labor Fulfillment
- Basic knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to contract labor
- Strong organizational skills
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $48,131.00 - $81,225.49 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
