As our office in Barcelona is growing at a rapid pace and we have an exciting pipeline of hospitality projects, we are looking for a Senior Architect with +10 years of experience and strong expertise in hospitality design and delivery, including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.

As our office in Barcelona is growing at a rapid pace and we have an exciting pipeline of hospitality projects, we are looking for a Senior Architect with +10 years of experience and strong expertise in hospitality design and delivery, including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
Join us on our mission, if you are a Senior Architect who has:
- Extensive experience with hospitality projects, from concept design to completion.
- Deep understanding of architectural and technical aspects specific to hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
- Experience working with with operator's standards.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, ensuring design intent, quality, and buildability.
- Proven ability to resolve design and technical challenges creatively and efficiently.
- Previous experience working on international hospitality projects (Middle East experience is a plus).
- Solid knowledge of materials, interior finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment requirements.
- Experience managing project coordination with owners, operators, brand representatives, authorities, approving bodies, and sub-consultants throughout all project phases.
- Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design and technical teams.
- Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models throughout different project stages.
- Strong proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Vray and Adobe Suite.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in response to direction from project leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working.
Required skills and experience:
- Professional qualification as an Architect or an equivalent overseas qualification.
- + 10 years post qualification experience as an Architect.
- Proven experience delivering complex hospitality projects.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish - spoken and written.
- International project experience (Middle East is a plus)
