HR Business Partner

We are currently looking for a part-time HR Business Partner to take ownership of broad HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance, while acting as a trusted advisor to managers and helping shape a positive and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Lead recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offers.
  • Coordinate trainings, learning, and development initiatives together with Regional L&D.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed.
  • Manage HR reporting, audits, and documentation.
  • Support management with workforce planning, organizational change, and HR strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist handling broad HR Operational tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR processes, and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office (experience with payroll systems is an advantage).
