The Cyber Operations Analyst enables operational excellence across the Cyber practice by driving visibility, consistency, and efficiency throughout the engagement lifecycle. This role delivers actionable insights, strengthens operational discipline, and helps leadership proactively manage performance, risk, and client outcomes.

As part of the Client Experience Office (CXO), a centralized and globally leveraged team, this role supports strategic priorities by standardizing operations, enhancing reporting, and improving execution across Solution Sets. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a focused and detail-oriented professional who is looking to gain broader exposure to business operations and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence & Process Enablement:

- Drive adoption and consistency of standardized operational processes across Cyber Solution Sets
- Maintain and enhance service catalogs in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Identify operational gaps, risks, and inefficiencies; recommend and escalate solutions

Data, Reporting & Insights:

- Develop and maintain Solution Set-level metrics (financials, delivery progress, quality indicators)
- Analyze engagement data to identify trends related to resource and project management, common risks, and improvement opportunities
- Deliver timely, standardized, and accurate reporting to support leadership decision-making related to practice and people management.

Engagement Health & Risk Management:

- Maintain accurate project records, including financials and risk documentation
- Partner with teams to drive timely project closure

Stakeholder & Practice Support:

- Partner with Solution Set leaders, Operations, Finance, and cross-functional teams to support key initiatives within our strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with Vendor & Technology teams on chargebacks and resale tracking

Success Measures:

- Improved visibility into practice performance and risk
- Increased accuracy and timeliness of operational reporting

- Streamlined support of strategic and business initiatives across Client Experience team
- Adoption and consistency of standardized processes across our CYBER team
- Measurable improvements in operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in operations, analytics, project coordination, or business support

-Excel Level (Intermediate)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions
- Clear verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

- Experience in consulting or professional services environments
- Familiarity with project management frameworks
- Experience working with global teams
- Exposure to reporting tools and dashboards
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts
