Focusing on consistent delivery of software and systems that move the company towards achieving short and long-term objectivesBuild prototypes to explore new scenarios and optimizations of existing solutions. Work with stakeholders to perform root-cause analysis & figure out solution approachesReview design, code and approve solution approaches. Ability and willingness to work alone on projects in a self-directed and mature mannerProvide career guidance and mentoring for all team members & assist manager with reviews. Translate requirements into technical solutions and seamless user experiencesWorking closely with Product Management, UX, Backend Engineers, SDET and Support organizations to deliver industry-leading features to the market.Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices in back-end development. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistencyDriving the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and code performanceMultitask to provide needed input efficiently on Development activitiesCandidate should share knowledge across teams to foster a culture of learning and improvementYou will be a great fit if you have: 10+ years of professional experience in back-end development, with a strong portfolio of work. Experience in development and architecture of cloud applications and infrastructure required8+ years’ experience in designing software in a fast-paced environment is desired. Should have experience in architecting Microservices, and scalable cloud appsShould have good experience holistically catching/fixing memory leaks and performance tuningShould have good experience in open-source tech.
